Because we have experienced countless mediation settings we have some presentation ideas that might help your case. We would love to build your next presentation and if you need a technician onsite at the mediation to ensure there are no unwanted glitches, we can help you there too.
PowerPoint Presentations
Since mediations are more scripted than trial, we recommend PowerPoint for PC users. We have extensive experience putting together compelling slides for our clients. Whether you plan on a presentation that is just a few well built key slides or you prefer many slides detailing you case for the mediator, we've done it.
Keynote Presentations
For those Mac users who prefer Keynote presentations built with flashy transitions and animations, we've got your back. Keynote functions similar to PowerPoint going from one slide to the next in a scripted manner. Once your presentation is built, it is ready to run just like a PowerPoint presentation.
Trial Pad
iPad users beware, You may get addicted. This is a presentation format that was built to be run by the presenter. If you are an attorney that likes to use technology and run presentations yourself, this may be the avenue for you. It is more involved than PowerPoint and Keynote. It is not built with slides and text. This program works best for displaying, highlighting and magnifying documents on the fly.
