Software

There are many software solutions when it comes to courtroom and mediation presentations.  Let us guide you to the best avenue to present your case.  We use a collection of software and in most cases; we use multiple software applications in one sitting.

The current industry leading software for trial presentation is Trial Director.  Trial Director gives the end user the ability to display documents , transcripts, videos and graphics with a sleek redesigned look that is professional and entertaining for the jury.  Honestly, today's trial need to be entertaining and keep the jury's constant attention.  Trial Director does this masterfully.  Our trained technicians can use this software to its full potential.  The right software is the first choice, choosing the right technician to run it is the next.

As one of the industry leaders in trial presentation software, SanctionII allows for the versatility that a courtroom requires.  With on the fly functions such as: highlighting, magnifying, zooming, annotating, etc. SanctionII was built with flexibility in mind.  Import documents, videos, transcripts, photos, films all into one program. With SanctionII we can create presentations ready for any situation the court throws at us. Editing depositions, pulling up documents, zooming in on key photos are all done within the same program and in a matter of seconds.

PowerPoint
PowerPoint is built for scripted and semi-scripted platforms. Built to entertain the audience, PowerPoint was built with transitions and annotations for text and images. Since the slides in PowerPoint are built to play one after the other, it is not best for trial, but is ideal for mediations and opening and closing statements, etc.

Keynote
Keynote is Apple's version of PowerPoint, built to be run by either the end-user or a technician. Slides can incorporate flashy transitions and animations allowing emphasis on text or images. This software is best used for mediations or hearings where there is a semi-scripted platform.

Trial Pad
Trial Pad is a presentation format that was built to be run by the presenter.  If you are an attorney that likes to use technology and run presentation yourself, this may be the avenue for you. It is more involved than PowerPoint and Keynote. It is not built with slides and text. This program works best for displaying, highlighting and magnifying documents on the fly. Drag and drop documents from your iPad and add to your presentation where you can magnify, zoom, highlight and more.
